During last few years we have observed rapid developments in cosmology, both in theory and experiments. We will continue our success in the next decades, especially in photometric and spectroscopic surveys on the large scale galaxy distributions. Large scale structure of galaxies will be a powerful tool to probe cosmology as much as the cosmic microwave background. It is thus very timely to invite experts in the field to collect most cutting-edge theoretical and observational perspectives, and to search for new directions for future searches. The aim of the workshop is to promote simulating informal and intensive discussions among the participants and to initiate possible collaborations.
